BRONIA BUCHANAN
Director
Bronia graduated from Surrey University with a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Dance, going on to complete her education at Surrey University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts Management. Since graduating her career has led her to work in many areas of London’s West End theatre industry.
SUSANNAH HEATH
General Manager
After graduating from the University of Birmingham with a BA (Hons) Degree in Drama & Theatre Arts, Susannah co-founded Plunge Productions. Previously Susannah has worked for Paul Elliott Productions, MLR and the International Festival of Musical Theatre in Cardiff. Before joining BBA she was General Manager for the King’s Head Theatre.
JEFF BRADY
Assistant to Bronia Buchanan
Born and raised in country Australia, Jeff graduated from the Tokyo University of Fine Arts and Music with a BA in Musicology. He enjoys tennis, tap dancing, television, and all things musical theatre.
LAURA JUSTICE
Agent
Laura originates from the North West and graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in Theatre Arts. She went on to work as an Agent for the Manchester based company PHA Icon Ltd, running a busy and successful list of northern based actors, before relocating to London at the beginning of 2010.
BEN McDOUGALL
Agent
Ben graduated from University of East Anglia with a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts, and then began his career at Morgan and Goodman. His agenting history includes notable companies such as Jonathan Altaras Associates, Ken McReddie Associates and RDF Management.
BEN TOTTY
Agent
Ben trained professionally at Laine Theatre Arts College in Epsom Surrey. After graduating Ben performed in numerous productions across the world, as well as appearing in various commercials and TV shows.
Ben then moved into artist management taking on the role as Musical Theatre, TV and Film Agent at Etnika Prime Management.
In 2008 Ben was delighted to join the team at Buchanan Associates Limited. He is now running the dancers division dancers@bba where he looks after some of the industry’s most sought after dancers.

GINA ROWLAND
Agent
Gina trained at The Italia Conti Academy before deciding on a career in artist management. She began her career working for Grantham Hazeldine Ltd and Pippa Ailion Casting.
Before joining BBA in 2010 Gina worked as an assistant for JGM Management.
LOUISE BREARLEY
Office Administrator
Louise graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies (Accounting and Finance). Louise has primarily worked within Administration in the Education Sector before moving into the Entertainment Industry in 2010 with BBA Ltd
In 2009 under the umbrella of the Qatar Foundation in the Middle East, Louise undertook the role of Finance Manager/ Head Administrator, assisting in a new project start-up for a Beauty Therapy Training Academy in Qatar. After seeing the Academy grow & successfully complete 1 year, Louise chose to return to the UK and is now extremely enthusiastic to have joined the BBA Ltd team.
LAWRENCE JAMES
Agents Assistant
Lawrence has a diploma in Performing Arts. Before joining BBA, Lawrence has experience as a freelancer working for the Casting Network in Television and Film production casting; and with the Ambassadors Theatre Group in the ticketing department.
