I have been working as a professional dancer for four years but always wondered what it would be like to be the person on the other side of the desk. After months of wondering whether this would be the right career for me I finally sent an email to Buchanan Associates…and I haven’t looked back.
Working in the office has helped in so many ways, not only by giving me a better understanding of life behind the scenes but improving my confidence and developing essential professional skills.
Even though Buchanans is an incredibly busy office everyone was always more than happy to answer my questions, no matter how small. Making the most of your internship is all about being willing to work hard and taking an enthusiastic approach to any task.
I would definitely recommend doing an internship, especially at a place like Buchanans where you will experience a well rounded view of the industry and have a chance to work in many different roles
